Nichole Palmer

Nichole M. Palmer is a versatile journalist, dramatist, and published author known for captivating and insightful perspectives. With a passion for literature as a youth, this Gary, Indiana native earned a BSJ from Northwestern University and an MFA from New York University. This foundation helped Nichole birth other inspiring storytelling voices for more than 30 years. 

Her commissioned full-length play PROPHESY to the BONES…and Other Stories Black Folx Whisper debuted in Davidson, NC in May 2022; her autobiographical work #IHaveAVoice appears in the newly published anthology Magnificently Made

Currently, she’s an assistant professor of Mass Communications at Virginia State University.
