Job Description:
- Work with Event Coordinators & Conference Chairs to support event planning and logistics
- Make phone calls and schedule meetings with venues
- Assist with invites and outreach to attendees
- Help coordinate fundraising events and think of creative activities, speakers, etc
- Assist with set up and break down, decorations, and event clean up
