In this role, you will work closely with the Event Coordinators and Conference Chairs to provide support in planning and managing various conference activities. Your responsibilities will include assisting with event scheduling, making phone calls to secure venues, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth logistics. You will also play a crucial role in inviting and reaching out to attendees, helping to coordinate fundraising events, and brainstorming creative activities and speakers. During the conferences, you will be involved in setting up and breaking down event spaces, managing decorations, and ensuring event cleanliness.
